PMG Testifies Before Congress

David Steiner went before the House Oversight Sub-committee on Government Operations to decry the financial status of the Postal Service.
While the PMG agreed with criticism of current mail service he pointed to over regulation and other limitations while acknowleding management does not operate its network well. Steiner also lamented mail volume decreases, worker comp claims and limited borrowing authority.
