New MOU For PSE Conversions to Unencumbered

PSE Members,

I have been informed that APWU HQ is working with USPS HQ on a MOU for PSE conversions to unencumbered in the P&DCs to assist in getting vacancies filled prior to the steps of the MOU waiting for a residual. It is expected this agreement (MOU) will be out within the next few days.

APWU HQ is hoping to achieve some of the conversions as soon as 4/28/18.

The reality is that since 2014, the Postal Service has made an operating profit of more than $2.7 billion.
